Kaitlyn is the CEO and Co-Founder of Scout Lab, an acclaimed creative communications agency that specializes in branding, brand campaigns and communications. Since 2017 Scout Lab has worked with hypergrowth startups as well as global brands like Adidas, Wix, Motorola and Alibaba Group.
In 2020, as a rapid relief response to COVID-19, Kaitlyn started a nonprofit, Many As One, which unites industry leaders to develop and launch philanthropic campaigns. The nonprofit's first campaign, #InMyScrubs Challenge bought over 50k+ meals from local restaurants and delivered them critical need hospitals.
She volunteers her time as the Data Director of Do The WeRQ, an organization that aims to increase queer creativity and representation in the marketing industry. She’s also an advisor to Super Mush and JourneyOne Ventures, as well as an angel investor in Contraline, Hey Jane, Quinn, Snaptrude, and Workstream.
Kaitlyn speaks on topics relating to women’s issues, gender identity, and cyberethics. Her writing has also been featured in Adweek, McSweeney’s, Glamour, Fast Company. She has her MBA from Columbia Business School.
